Galloway Software Solutions Inc. ("we", "us") operates the website at galloway.software. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and does not collect personal information automatically.

If you contact us through the contact form, the name, email address, and message you enter are sent to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service, from a function running on Cloudflare Pages. The function holds your IP address in memory briefly to limit repeated submissions and does not write it to storage. We use what you send solely to respond to your inquiry. If you email us directly, the same applies to what you send.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which also runs the contact form. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) as part of their infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
